Service Agreements
Our offer depends on your requirement. For new customers, we will scope the service necessary for your current requirements. This may range from a single day’s service to a new installation or upgrade. We will also review the options for your ongoing support service if required.
Our standard support covers normal office hours Monday to Friday, but we can also offer extended support for those occasions when needed such as during upgrades or when your business is exceptionally busy. It is our policy to offer competitive prices not just at the start of a business relationship, but throughout its whole life.
